The awards, announced in Glasgow on 14 April, celebrate the very best hospitality and tourism providers across the UK, based entirely on post-stay customer feedback. Mharsanta achieved a customer satisfaction rating of over 90%, placing it among the top-performing venues in the country.

CIE Tours, one of the largest inbound operators bringing US visitors to the UK, surveyed around 12,000 guests in 2025, with awards given to partners delivering exceptional quality and visitor experience.
